Creating localised content that performs

About this panel

A 30-minute panel at TransPerfect NEXT Singapore on "Creating localised content that performs". I spoke alongside Anne Chng of Oliver Healthcare Packaging, with Paulina Belcik of TransPerfect moderating. The brief was to unpack what actually makes content perform across languages, cultures and AI-powered search, not just traditional rankings.

The practical part is a three-way split worth stealing for any content team: SEO and GEO citability, content design that eases the user down the funnel, and localisation built around local platform habits instead of translated cultural references. A real Singapore-to-Hong-Kong fintech example runs through all three. I also covered the documents a team needs before it scales AI-assisted content, and why they belong under live human review rather than in a static PDF style guide.
