Content that catches up with how fast you're shipping
For fintech, startups, NGOs, SaaS platforms or financial product teams scaling faster than their content can keep up. Engagements are focused, outcome-driven and built around the problem you're solving.
Share what you're working on, and let's figure out how to make it work.
Three ways to work together

Retainer
Ongoing content support built around your marketing calendar or release cycle, instead of a static brief that goes stale.

Audit
A structured look at what can be optimised, mapped against real user needs and where they drop off. The first audit is complimentary.

Project
A defined scope based on user and project needs, with clear metrics agreed before it starts.
50% refund guarantee
We agree the performance metrics in the scope meeting that starts the project. If those targets aren’t met by the end of the 6-month retainer, you get 50% of the retainer fee back.
Questions worth answering upfront
Do you take on full-time roles as well as freelance work?
Yes. I'm open to full-time roles, fractional roles, retainers and project-based work. It all depends on your business needs, commitment level and preference.
What languages do you cover?
English and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), both written, localised and reviewed to the same standard and rate.
Do you work with teams outside Hong Kong?
Yes. I'm based in Hong Kong but I work with teams globally, with time zone overlap worked out per engagement.
How much does this cost?
Retainers run on a monthly fee and projects on a fixed quote. The first audit is complimentary. Scope varies enough between engagements that a real number comes after the audit, not from a price list.
How long does an audit take, and how fast can you start?
An audit takes 2 days from kickoff to write-up. Project timelines get set together in the scope meeting, once the actual scope is clear.
Is there a minimum commitment for a retainer?
Yes, 6 months. That's the shortest run that gives the metrics time to move and the refund guarantee something real to measure against.
How are the metrics and scope for a retainer defined?
We define them together in the scope meeting that starts the project, once the audit has shown what's actually worth fixing. That meeting sets the commitment and the KPIs (key performance indicators) we'll both be judged on. If those targets aren't met by the end of the 6-month commitment, you get 50% of the retainer fee back.
