Winning the digital race: content, SEO and global audience targeting for local companies

About this panel

A 40-minute panel at TransPerfect NEXT Hong Kong, held at The Murray in Central. I spoke alongside Jackee Wong of Leadsourcing, with Vivian Ma of TransPerfect Digital moderating. The brief was to explain how a local company competes with global giants on content and SEO, using Bybit's own growth from a regional exchange to a platform with over 70 million users as the working example.

The real value sits underneath the Bybit example. Hyper-localisation has to go past translation and into what content each market actually gets shown. And the supposedly old-fashioned FAQ is making a comeback, because it now does double duty for search and for AI-driven answers. That's the part worth taking away if you're trying to prove a content or SEO strategy earns its budget.
